Nestled in the foothills near Aigües, The Fold will create a vibrant centre for creativity, wellbeing, & community connection. With sustainability at its heart, low impact construction, used shipping containers & reclaimed materials. Featuring a residence, arts studio, café & 5 self-contained guest cabins.
The Fold will encourage circular economy & sustainability. Using existing materials for landscaping, solar energy & onsite wastewater processing & rainwater for water features & irrigation.
