Minnesota SWCD Technical Service Area 3 is a small public engineering team helping eight counties in northeastern Minnesota protect the streams that feed Lake Superior and the Mississippi. We design stream and shoreline restorations, culverts that pass fish and floods, and erosion and stormwater fixes for landowners and towns. We're hosting a free, open-source map of rain, rivers, soils, wetlands and flood data so anyone in the region can plan conservation work on good information.
