DEVELOP is a Barcelona environmental consultancy, with 15+ years helping buildings cut their impact. We have completed 70+ projects under way: LEED, BREEAM, WELL and Passivhaus certification, life-cycle assessments and EPDs, carbon neutrality (PAS 2060), circular-economy plans and EU Taxonomy reviews. Highlights include the Sarrià Library, the VHIR research institute, Antiga Foneria and circularity plans for INCASÒL social housing. We hold ourselves to the same standards we recommend to others.
