Biophilia -the love of life and living systems. After graduating in biology(ecology, cybernetics), i led 12 years Organisation Development of large enterprises, where we co-evolved Agile@Scale since 2001. After that, i supported other large enterprises in their Business Agility journey with the training, consulting and coaching services of co-evolve.
