Story
Based on 12 major rules from worldknown nutritionists and from Zen and Ayurveda philosophies, we :
- coach people through their nutrition journey, to reduce their metabolism problems
- create receipes with high nutritional value, personnalize them to specific needs (food intolerances, diabetes, obesity)
- produce and deliver meals to some people who really need adapted food and cannot prepare themselves
We will further develop quality education with partners through workshops and videos
