Since 1989, Re-Plast Products Inc., located in Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil, Quebec, has been designing, manufacturing and marketing, among other things, street furniture: Urban Design™, as well as patio floors: Perma-Deck® Advantage+ and Perma-Deck® Ultrapast. These are made from 100% recycled plastics: UltraPlast™, an amalgam of post-consumer and post-industrial recycled plastics.
