Every municipality in the Netherlands is required to prepare a Species Management Plan (SMP) to maintain or enhance species in the built environment. National Species Management Ltd (NSM) assists municipalities through smart solutions to reliably and densely populate species and fulfill this responsibility. This also aids municipalities in sustaining the built environment. This way municipalities is able obtain an exemption to make the built environment more sustainable.
