Mizan is a proposed national platform for Extended Producer Responsibility in Egypt — designed to turn Law 202/2020 Article 17 into a working system. Today we operate Dr.WEEE, a WMRA-licensed e-waste take-back network live since 2018, and a signed refining alliance with REMIT. Our mission: measure what is unmeasured. Every kilogram tracked, every producer accountable, every recovered metal returned to Egypt's economy. What cannot be measured cannot be managed — or reduced.
