Story
We bought the La Garbinada farm in 2010. We realised that, while beautiful, it was silent. Why? Because there were no birds, insects or other living creatures other than us. The herbicides and pesticides had killed most of them and made the survivors move out. We moved to (certified) organic farming. It took about 8 years for the full ecosystem to thrive again. Now we produce award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil, almonds, pistachios, carobs and more. You can taste the difference.
