Eliante is a non-profit social cooperative that has been carrying out projects for the protection and conservation of the environment for 17 years in Italy and Europe. Eliante was the first to propose issues in the Italian context that would later become central to sustainability policies. For example, Eliante was the first to speak about energy saving and manage projects on the coexistence between humans and large carnivores, with an approach that involved the communities.
