The current state of residential heating in France is dire, with 41% of homes using gas, and another 13% using fuel.
Public initiatives are pushing for their replacement with heat pumps and better insulation of homes, but there is a critical lack of skilled workforce to make this transition a reality.
This is MRA's mission: bring workers and managers from classical construction jobs to jobs that will help achieve this transition by supplying them with tools, processes and assistance.
