We exist to challenge the throwaway culture that treats food byproducts as garbage. Every peel carries nutrients that the soil and microorganisms need back. By separating and treating food scraps, we can reduce the organic waste sent to landfills. We provide tools that make these tasks easier and we teach communities to create natural products or compost.
