We are an indie group of mushroom growers looking to build resilience and sustainability into the food industry within Australia.
Our mission is to collectively counteract Government's in-action towards building sustainable food ecosystems. Food & their production system underpin human life, yet marketing by the multinational companies - part of a duopoly - have turned food into an infinite commodity, creating larger profits for them while reducing choice for us.
