Having recently graduated from hospitality and restaurant management I decided to start a food operation called Locavore.eco
Locavore refers to those who choose to eat local products to reduce their carbon imprint. I strongly believe we can shape the world we live in by our choices of consumption, and what better way to start than with our food?
Previous to thIs I studied Ecology for 2 years and became the VP of Lantern Foundation, an organization committed to revealing global issues.
