I teach courses on energy and environmental policy and management at The George Washington University School of Engineering and Applied Science.
I was the Federal Environmental Executive (2008-2009) in the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) of the Executive Office of the President in the White House; responsible for programs to green all agencies and departments of The Federal Government.
I was Head of U.S. Delegation from 1991 to 2013 for negotiating the ISO14000 environmental standards.
